Day #10 - 12 Days of Christmas DIY - Chalkboard Platter

I love almost anything Chalkboard. The ideas for Chalkboard Paint are endless. Plus, we love to repurpose things. So this project is a win-win.

How many times have you seen silver plated platters in a heap at flea markets or thrift stores? They're rarely used anymore. We came up with a fun idea to bring them back to life by making a Chalkboard Platter.

All you need is a Silver Plated Platter, Chalk like Paint (we use Amy Howard One Step in Linen), Chalkboard Paint, Sandpaper, Hammer/Nails and Twine.

They can be hung as a Wreath on your front door or anywhere else in the house, for that matter.
